Founded in 2004, Sterling Mobile Services is a new entry to the rapidly growing RFID mobile data collection sector. We specialize in purchasing, refurbishing, remarketing and servicing RF hardware and hand-held technologies. What makes us unique is that we are a team of seasoned mobile technology professionals with extensive experience in the needs of the warehouse and distribution sector. Our passion is to service those needs with the most cost effective solutions available today!

Through strategic partnerships with end users, maintenance companies, VARs, OEMs and leasing companies, we are able to offer substantial savings on refurbished hardware packages -- typically 30 – 60% less than buying new equipment.

All our refurbished equipment carries a standard 90-day warranty. Extended warranty packages are also offered.

Return Policy

Credit will be issued for returned merchandise upon receipt and inspection of goods.  Warranty will be invalid once warranty labels are removed; and or merchandise have been altered or damaged.  A restocking fee of 25% will apply for returns.  Credits, refunds or exchanges will be at Sterling Mobile Services’ discretion.  Customer is responsible for payment on merchandise not returned and will comply with invoice terms set.  Result in failure to pay will be subject to Sterling Mobile Services’ attorney’s fees incurred in the collection of such indebtness.
