Customized
programs from 5 x 8 (five days/week, with hours/day)
up to 7 x 24 (24 hours/day) are available. Depot repair
service is also available through our special quote.
These can be specified by equipment, if desired.
Response
Time
Standard
service call response time is 2 hours by phone and
4 hours average on-site with remote areas slightly
longer. Equipment responses can be customized (shorter
response time) and prioritized on the critical nature
of the breakdown.
Preventative
Maintenance
Our
service focus in minimizing system downtime through
quick response and preventative maintenance. We emphasize
PM service calls, based on the manufactures' specs,
as part of our overall service offering.
Help
Desk Service
We
have in place a toll free customer Help Desk staffed
from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST to assist customers
with problems or questions on systems.
